Rowan University is a public research university. In 1995, following the $100 million donation by Henry M. Rowan, Glassboro State College expanded to a research university and opened a College of Engineering.

On Friday and Saturday, the conference will take place at Rowan Hall and Engineering Hall, which house the Henry M. Rowan College of Engineering. These state-of-the-art buildings on the main campus of Rowan University feature modern research facilities and student-centered learning spaces designed to promote engagement and collaboration.

Scotland Run Park

Scotland Run Park is the largest park in Gloucester County, spanning over 1,000 acres. The eighty acre Wilson Lake offers passive recreation opportunities including fishing, boating, and nature observation. There is also a handicapped accessible fishing pier in the boat launch area.

From the North (Northern New Jersey, New York, etc.)
  1. Take the NJ Turnpike South to Exit 4 (73 North).
  2. In approximately 1 mile, take I-295 South.
  3. Follow I-295 to Route 42 South (Atlantic City).
  4. Exit Route 42 South onto Route 55 South.
  5. Follow Rte. 55 South to exit 50A (Glassboro-Mullica Hill).
  6. Take Route 322 East (2 miles) to the campus.
  7. After you cross the railroad tracks, make the second right into the Welcome Gate, 1 Memorial Circle. The guard will direct you to parking during normal business hours. If the guard is not present, call 856-256-4922 for assistance.
From Philadelphia
  1. Take the Walt Whitman or Benjamin Franklin Bridge to I–676 South toward Atlantic City.
  2. Shortly after I–676 becomes Route 42 South, exit right onto Route 55 South.
  3. Take Rte. 55 South to exit 50A (Glassboro–Mullica Hill).
  4. Take Route 322 East (2 miles) to the campus.
  5. After you cross the railroad tracks, make the second right into the Welcome Gate, 1 Memorial Circle. The guard will direct you to parking during normal business hours. If the guard is not present, call 856-256-4922 for assistance.
From the West
  1. Take I–95 to the Commodore Barry Bridge.
  2. Follow Route 322 East (15 miles) to the campus.

From Central New Jersey
  1. Take Route 70 West to I–295 South.
  2. Follow I–295 to Route 42 South (Atlantic City).
  3. Exit Route 42 South onto Route 55 South.

  5. Take Route 322 East (2 miles) to the campus.

  1. Take the Garden State Parkway to the Atlantic City Expressway.
  2. Take the Expressway West to Exit 38 (Williamstown).
  3. Turn left after exiting and follow Route 322 West (8 miles) to the campus.
  4. After the roundabout on Rowan Blvd., make the first left into the Welcome Gate, 1 Memorial Circle. The guard will direct you to parking during normal business hours. If the guard is not present, call 856-256-4922 for assistance.
From the South (Maryland, Delaware, etc.)
  1. Take I–95 North to the Delaware Memorial Bridge.
  2. Take the N.J. Turnpike North to Exit 2 and take Route 322 East.
  3. Stay on Rt. 322 for approximately 14 miles.
  4. After you cross the railroad tracks, make the second right into the Welcome Gate, 1 Memorial Circle. The guard will direct you to parking during normal business hours. If the guard is not present, call 856-256-4922 for assistance.

Directions to Scotland Run Park

From the North
  1. North-South Freeway (Route 42) to Route 55 South
    Exit 45 “Centerton-Clayton”
  2. At top of exit ramp, make a left onto Buck Road (Route 553)
  3. First traffic light, make a right onto Academy Street (Rt. 610)
  4. Follow Academy Street (County Route 610) through Clayton and across Delsea Drive
  5. Approximately 2 miles to traffic light at Fries Mill Road (County Route 655)
  6. Go through light, 500 feet on the right is the Nature Center, to the left is Wilson Lake
From the West
  1. Take 322 West to Route 55 South, then follow directions from the North
From the East
  1. Berlin-Cross Keys Road (County Route 689) through the Cross Keys intersection (or) the Black Horse Pike to Tuckahoe Road (County Route 555)
  2. Second traffic light is Clayton-Williamstown Road (Route 610) make a right
  3. Approximately 2 miles the Nature Center is on the left and Wilson Lake is on the right
From the South
  1. From Route 55 North – follow directions above
  2. From Route 322 – Black Horse Pike to Williamstown
  3. Follow 322 West to Fries Mill Road (County Route 655)
  4. Make a left onto Fries Mill Road (County Route 655)
  5. Approximately 2 1/2 miles (first traffic light) is Clayton-Williamstown Road (County Route 610)
  6. Make a left onto 610
  7. Nature Center is 500 feet on the right and Wilson Lake is to the left
